電致淋洗液發(fā)生器是新一代離子色譜系統的關(guān)鍵部件，是免試劑離子色譜系統兩大部件之一。電致淋洗液發(fā)生器可以在線(xiàn)將純水轉化為與施加電流正相關(guān)的氫氧化鉀溶液，可以從根本上消除人工配制淋洗液時(shí)存在的諸多缺陷，比如耗時(shí)、雜質(zhì)多、人為誤差大等，同時(shí)顯著(zhù)提升了系統的自動(dòng)化水平。
　　Electroeluent generator is a key component of the new generation of ion chromatography system and one of the two major components of reagent-free ion chromatography system. The electro-eluent generator can transform pure water into potassium hydroxide solution which is positively related to applied current on line. It can fundamentally eliminate many shortcomings of manual preparation of eluent, such as time-consuming, impurities, human error and so on. At the same time, the automation level of the system is significantly improved.
　　根據結構不同，淋洗液發(fā)生器大致上可以分為兩種類(lèi)型：?jiǎn)文ば秃碗p膜型。單膜型是指只用一種類(lèi)型的離子交換膜將高壓淋洗液通道和低壓儲備液室隔離開(kāi)來(lái)，其中一個(gè)電極直接放置于高壓淋洗液通道內。發(fā)生器工作時(shí)，高壓淋洗液通道內產(chǎn)生的淋洗液伴隨著(zhù)大量的電解氣，因此在淋洗液進(jìn)入下游色譜之前需要采用脫氣裝置進(jìn)行脫除。由于脫氣所用的原材料極其昂貴，因此脫氣裝置的使用顯著(zhù)增加了系統成本，同時(shí)也增加了系統死體積，增加了梯度洗脫的延遲。
　　According to the different structure, the eluent generator can be roughly divided into two types: single-film type and double-film type. Single membrane type means that only one type of ion exchange membrane is used to separate the high-pressure eluent channel from the low-pressure reserve chamber, and one of the electrodes is directly placed in the high-pressure eluent channel. When the generator works, the eluent produced in the high-pressure eluent channel is accompanied by a large amount of electrolytic gas, so the eluent needs to be removed by a degassing device before it enters the downstream chromatography. Because the raw materials used for degassing are extremely expensive, the use of degassing device significantly increases the cost of the system, but also increases the dead volume of the system, and increases the delay of gradient elution.

　　為了解決這些問(wèn)題，華東理工大學(xué)的楊丙成教授團隊引入基于雙膜型結構的淋洗液發(fā)生器。雙膜型是使用陽(yáng)離子交換膜和雙極膜分別將電解槽和淋洗液發(fā)生器隔離開(kāi)來(lái)，淋洗液通道與兩個(gè)電極在空間上完全隔離。發(fā)生器在工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生的電解氣僅存在于電解槽內，而不會(huì )進(jìn)入淋洗液通道內，由此避免了脫氣裝置的使用，消除了因為脫氣裝置帶來(lái)的缺陷；同時(shí)產(chǎn)生高純度的氫氧化鉀，無(wú)論產(chǎn)生的淋洗液濃度范圍還是壓力使用范圍都可以很好地匹配現有的離子色譜系統。
　　To solve these problems, Professor Yang Bingcheng of East China University of Technology introduced a leachate generator based on double membrane structure. The double-membrane type uses cation exchange membrane and bipolar membrane to separate the electrolyzer from the eluent generator, and the eluent channel is completely separated from the two electrodes in space. The electrolyte gas generated by the generator only exists in the electrolytic cell, but does not enter the eluent channel, thus avoiding the use of the degassing device and eliminating the defects caused by the degassing device. At the same time, it generates high purity potassium hydroxide, which can well match the existing ion chromatography system regardless of the concentration range or pressure range of the eluent produced.
