氫氧化鉀是常用的化工原料和化工助劑，可以分為食品級、醫藥級、工業(yè)級，根據行業(yè)不同的需求而制作相應的產(chǎn)品。目前，氫氧化鉀的制作方法有兩種工藝，一是隔膜法（金屬陽(yáng)極），二是離子膜法，由于深沉工藝差別，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有一定的差異，而所用原料的消耗也有所區別，本文對各制作工藝中所用原料以及產(chǎn)品消耗進(jìn)行了粗略統計，以便對兩種方法有清洗的對比。

　　通過(guò)兩者的對比，可以看出離子膜法產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品較隔膜法產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)相對少、品質(zhì)高，成本價(jià)稍高，售價(jià)略高，隔膜法制作的產(chǎn)品略低，大家可根據自身的需求選擇。
