1、在測試的時(shí)候溶液制備的溫度是一定要控制好的，在檢測的時(shí)候首先需要確定好樣品的采樣單元數。采樣器一般是需要從袋口的一角斜至袋深位3/4的位置進(jìn)行采樣，然后將選取出來(lái)的的樣品均勻的混合在一起，并且使用四分法縮分的方式確定檢驗的樣品數量。因為氫氧化鉀本身的是有一定吸水性的所以在準備樣品的時(shí)候，在空氣當中放置的時(shí)間不要太長(cháng)了，然后添加進(jìn)取適當劑量的水并且不斷的進(jìn)行攪拌，然后再攪拌的同時(shí)需要給溶解做加熱的工作，差不多在微沸5分鐘之后就可以取下冷卻到20℃，然后再將其放入到容量瓶當中等到定容過(guò)濾之后再吸取一部分到容量瓶中。這個(gè)操作非常關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)部分就是在一定要等著(zhù)冷卻到20℃時(shí)在進(jìn)行定容，但是有的就直接按照平時(shí)的水溫進(jìn)行定容，那么就會(huì )導致因為水溫高于20℃時(shí)測試出來(lái)的結果也是不準確的；而水溫低于20℃的時(shí)候會(huì )發(fā)現測試的結果是會(huì )偏低的。那么這樣的定容測試是會(huì )造成一些誤差出現的

A very important part of this operation is to constant the volume when it must be cooled to 20 ℃. However, some of them will be directly determined according to the usual water temperature, which will lead to inaccurate test results when the water temperature is higher than 20 ℃; and when the water temperature is lower than 20 ℃, the test results will be lower. So this constant volume test will cause some errors
2、還有在測試的過(guò)程當中可能會(huì )使用到配制好的四苯硼鈉，因為它本身是屬于一種很不穩定狀態(tài)的所以容易出現渾濁的情況。所以如果在使用的時(shí)候發(fā)現有混濁的情況首先需要使用濾紙將其過(guò)濾之后再進(jìn)行使用，如果在檢測的時(shí)候發(fā)現檢測結果偏高那么需要使用蒸餾水在進(jìn)行檢測。
